Complimentary aesthetic treatments for individuals born with a cleft lip.
The Cleft Lip Reset was created to give individuals born with a cleft lip access to a complimentary aesthetic lip treatment.
As an injector, I have seen how small revisions can make a difference in improving symmetry and helping someone feel more confident. After completing advanced cannula training in Sweden, I wanted to use my experience and training to offer this treatment at no cost to individuals who may benefit from it.
It is a simple way for us to give back through something we are uniquely qualified to provide.
How The Cleft Lip Reset Works.
Each quarter, MĒLA will select one individual to receive a complimentary Cleft Lip Reset.
Every cleft lip is different, so treatment will be completely individualized. The selected recipient will first receive a consultation to determine whether aesthetic treatment is appropriate and what approach would provide the best result.
How to Apply.
Complete the application and tell us a little about yourself, your cleft lip history, and what you would most like to improve.
Please submit three clear, unfiltered photos in natural lighting:
- Straight on with your face and lips relaxed
- Straight on with a natural smile
- A side or angled view that clearly shows the area you would like addressed
You will also have the opportunity to share why The Cleft Lip Reset would be meaningful to you.
Selection.
Applications will be reviewed by the MĒLA clinical team, and one recipient will be selected each quarter.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or treatment. All applicants must be appropriate candidates for aesthetic treatment and 18 or older. The final treatment plan will be determined following an in-person consultation.
Application photos will remain private and will not be used for marketing or social media without separate written consent.
